What sports club supervisors most often ask.
Do I need an annual commitment?
No. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. Annual billing gives you two months free.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 30 days to export your data as CSV or Excel. After that we permanently delete it from production; backups rotate within 90 days at most.
Is Trenerlog suitable for non-tennis sports?
Yes. The module works for any club that schedules trainers: badminton, squash, padel, fitness, swimming clubs, gymnastics, table tennis. Tennis clubs get the most tailored content (seasonal terminology, holidays).
How does per-trainer VAT work?
For each trainer you set their VAT rate (e.g. 22% for VAT-registered, 0% otherwise). Each session uses the correct rate based on the date, and the bill shows net, VAT and total separately per trainer.
Where is the data stored?
In data centres in the European Economic Area. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with every club. Our sub-processor list is public.
Can trainers enter their own hours?
Yes. Each trainer receives an invitation with an activation link and their own account. A trainer sees only their own schedule and payout — never other trainers' data.
What happens when a trainer leaves?
You block the trainer with one click. From that moment they cannot enter new data, but all archival data stays (10-year tax retention). The block date and time are recorded for audit.
