Frequently asked questions

How many trainers can I manage?

Depends on the package: Small up to 5, Medium up to 15, Large unlimited. You can switch plans anytime.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

You can choose a subscription or let the trial end. No automatic charges — you don't even need a card to start.

What happens to data when a trainer leaves?

You block the trainer. All past data is archived for payout history and legal retention (10 years for accounting records under Slovenian law). Deletion means losing history — that's only allowed for unactivated invitations.

Does it work for my football / basketball club?

Yes, if you have trainer hours and monthly payouts. Trenerlog doesn't know sport specifics — it handles schedules and rates, the rest (players, matches) stays in other tools.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is in datacenters within the European Economic Area. We use services with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. Full sub-processor list is published publicly.
